that's right - rob and i are getting married! you may remember my trip back to savannah? that first evening, rob proposed on the tybee island pier under a full harvest moon.
not to worry. this will not become a wedding blog but i do want to share some ideas of our big day. i'm excited to take a (short) break from my house and focus on another type of project.
just with any other design vision, i have found myself defining a 'theme' in all of this; it has been all about how the small details come together to form the big picture.
we both envisioned something intimate and casual. so when i stumbled upon this off-the-beaten-path venue in weston, missouri my heart skipped a beat. willougby design barn:
an added bonus (and what rob is most excited about), is that the farmkeeper has a passion for BBQ and caters on occasion to large parties at the barn.
