it was finally time to take the plunge and dive into this project head on. because the tiles above the tub weren't water-tight and the sink was clogged, this bathroom was rarely used.
during demo
decisions on this renovation were made with resale in mind. we've concluded that lamar isn't our 'forever' home and we'll be moving on in a couple years. my goal was to make conservative selections based on what a buyer may like and where we would get the biggest return on our investment.

after
it has been a very merry christmas in this household! i find myself constantly walking into this space to look around and take it all in.
