Wallpaper! OMG.

Although I just stripped four (4) layers of wallpaper in my master bedroom, I can't ignore the fact that wallpaper is back and better than ever. I have no idea what possessed me to search Target's website but not only did they have fantastic prints, they had like twenty-something pages to choose from! I'm in serious wallpaper envy.

attempting curb appeal

When I first saw the Lamar house, I was unimpressed. The black and white paint scheme didn't seem to suit this property. I decided to go with a khaki base color to see if that might warm it up and make the house more inviting.

There is still work to be done ... replacing the fussy iron supports with simple columns, painting the shutters and doors, landscaping ...

i thought i would use this blog mostly as a way to journal the process of my house projects ...

however, as i'm downloading photos from my recent weekend trip to tablerock lake, i find myself really excited about these images. a new hobby, perhaps?
